| 臨床意義 | (1)未罹患自體免疫疾病的正常人體內也有存在自体抗體，故疾病的診斷需ㄧ併考量其他因素。 (2)ANA可作為全身性自體免疫疾病檢驗，其螢光染色表現多種型態，具高敏感性但低特異性。相關疾病如：紅斑性狼瘡、類風溼性關節炎、Sjogren's病症、全身性硬皮症、皮肌炎、混合型結締組織病等。 |
